Got there in the end, after time spent under the loom installing ties for 6 treadles and 4 lamms as well as adding ties for the horses (pulleys) above each harness.
Threading using a Triple Draft Birdseye pattern
Threading the loom after winding all 404 threads (each warp thread is 5 yards long). The heddles are threaded first, in this case a Triple Draft Birdseye pattern. Reading a weaving pattern, or draft, is akin to reading music. Then the reed is threaded, so many warp ends per inch, to weave the desired width….
